What to include
When possible, include the app version, operating system, what happened, what you expected, and the steps that reproduce the issue.

Protect your privacy before sending
Do not send real schedule content, project names, private notes, or other unnecessary personal information. Redact sensitive details from screenshots. Use the security address for vulnerabilities.

Diagnostic files are optional
Attach a diagnostic file only when it helps investigate the problem, and review it first. The app does not upload diagnostics automatically, and you do not need to send a full data backup.
